One of the best horror directors of modern times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! But be sure to try his "golden age" oeuvres - "Tenebrae", "Suspiria", "Inferno", "Deep Red".

Yeah, I've seen a couple of Marshall's movies, but "Dog Soldiers" seems to be the best one.
